At the same time, it is better not to eat the rest of the chicken, as a lot of fat and cholesterol are formed during the heat treatment.   • supplement the diet with unrefined whole grains (except wheat and its derivatives);
  • eat in fractional form, using the food stored during the day in 5-6 meals;

  • Tuesday: the daily ration is 700 g of chicken and 500 g of pineapple. All of this is divided into portions.
